I'm glad that this smug little shit gets such a kick out of laughing at the oldsters in his neighborhood. He might want to consider that after the Depression many of them probably spent their youth in Europe or the Pacific ducking bullets so this smug little shit has the right to rip flags off their cars and make fun of them and of "blind patriotism." These old people earned their patriotism the hard way, smug little shit. All you had to do to be free was get born.
