Well,
Most educated people are able to see the world as other than "either - or" and "black and white".
That means Democrat. Nothing says the conservatives have to see the world so simplistically, and in fact it's puzzling why conservatives insist upon painting themselves into that corner.
Unless it's just easer to do so.
