What are the odds that Justices Scalia and Justiice Scalia-Thomas will think it's important enough to try to get the Senate for GWB they will deny voters again?
I'd give 'em 50 - 50 that they could bring enough of the others along with 'em.
And only a 50% chance that reason and decency will prevail upon the Court. Their track record ain't good when it comes to the electorate.
