U.S. Tested Weapons on U.S. soil in the 1960s!
Well, duh. No doubt the writer of this article is young, and probably has a typical gap in his education in modern history, so he thinks he has lit upon a huge scandal.
Maybe I shouldn't point out the many open-air atomic detonations on U.S. soil during those years. Bet he doesn't even know.
