Don't know if it's valid--I can't read the original article since Jon Rappoport* wants bucks for his info, and the only other source I found on short notice was here, but it would be worthwhile trying it in other schools. What do you have to lose? Worst case, at least the kids are eating better.

Discoveries like this are another plus for an educational system that permits a wide variety and choice of schools, instead of a monolithic centralized system.
