Cdn govt stifles Kyoto discussion
The Canadian govt clearly is not interested in open debate on Kyoto.
Jean Chretien's Liberals are an arrogant bunch of elitists who never have given a whit what the "common folk" might want...especially if those folk are from west of Ontario.
