Re: Ideas aren't bad in an academic setting.
Ideas aren't bad, but how about a little balance?
You do have a point, even if you arrive at it sideways. It's a free country. Nothing says I have to send my kids to a school crammed with Marxist teachers. But I am really going to have to do a lot of research. It sometimes seems like the choices for higher education are between the College of Socialist Reeducation or Pat Robertson Fundamentalist U.
Where the hell is Patrick Henry University when you need it?
My daughter has suddenly got it into her head that she wants to go to Oxford. Great Googaly Moogaly.
