That picture of him going around the table demanding enthusiastic acceptance of his plans is straight out of some former Reich. As I understand it in that place the convention was to agree, and then close the meetings with a rousing, "Seig Heil!!"

The description of an insecure, despotic leader who cannot tolerate other views is usually reserved for people like Saddam, not the US President.

It's a tragic portrait. Even if his motivations were other than power and greed, it would be tragic. Add those, and if you are a moral person who respects life and loves his country, it ain't good.
