Robert Reich's proposal getting more play
Robert Reich's little tax proposal (first posted here by Bowser) that would "pay" for two years of payroll tax relief with the estate tax, showed up in a prime spot in my local paper today. I fired off the same letter that I fired off last week to the L. A. Times, where the article first appeared. The letter is basically the response I made below, cleaned up a bit for public consumption.
I wonder how many other papers this has appeared in, without anyone bothering to check his facts.
