"How I was Smeared:" The other shoe drops.
When I brought this up a few weeks ago, I pointed out that the real target of the smear campaign was Robert McTeer. The New York Times is now apparently firing the second salvo in its attempt to keep McTeer out of the Federal Reserve. I say "apparently" because I can't find the Times article.
The entire smear was a tissue of lies and innuendo, of course, but this fact doesn't seem to change anything.
