Obviously, a South Korean is not going to run for the border.

Thought off the top of my head that "ROK" was somehow shorthand for "Democratic People's Republic of Korea." I wouldn't know which uniform was which if you paid me. That's one on me, and shows I need to do quick checks on these from-the-hip shots first.
