What the heck kinda name is "SCUD" for a rocket? It must mean something!
In English that sounds like a cross between SCUM and THUD, not in the noble tradition of "Minuetman" - strike that - Minuteman", "Peacemaker", "Thor", "Titan", "Polaris" or any of the other misnomers used by the West.
SCUD. Sort of like SCAM and MUD. Not a great word.
Unless in some Eastern Language it means Seriously Crude, Under Development, or something like that.
