I didn't know anyone personally as I grew up who got seriously hurt or killed by any of the many things the government now swears will Cause Us To Lose An Eye.

I don't think helmets are a bad idea. I make my kids wear them. But it pisses me off that I can get cited by the police if they don't.

P.S. Try a mini van. :)
