If it's any consolation, I've been having one of the intermittant rashes of PC problems. I just spend the better part of the morning trying to get Brendan Duncan's freeware Luminaire radiosity plug-in installed and working properly in 3D Studio Max. Things were totallyl fubar there for awhile, I couldn't even shut-down cleanly, and I had to uninstall, reinstall, blah blah blah with a healthy sprinkling of about 20 reboots mixed in there. It turns out the models I created with the fubar installation were fubar too, uninstall again, bag the early models, reboot, run Max, verify proper operation, reboot, reinstall Luminaire etc. etc. All this under Win ME, btw.

But - praise all things which work as they should - I finally got a good, healthy install on the plug-in, and FINALLY, I've got a radiosity renderer for Max, and a freebie to boot.

As for the faithful pictured, I imagine that flatulence must be especially unwelcome at these gatherings...
