Not sure how much lower people can go...
I'm sure someone could explain to me that this is all part of a different culture, and that I'm being judgmental, but I say it's one of the shittiest things I've ever seen anyone do.
It just sounds so bizarre, I entertain hopes that it's some kind of hoax.
