"Your folks are encouraging kids to kill jews"
"Yeah but your country is selling immoral video games to kids!"
Ok.
This is of course a way to avoid addressing the issue. Equivalency again. A child does the same thing when he misbehaves:
"Aw but Mom! Johnny pushed her too!"
Tom may let you off the hook, getting defensive, but I wont.
Even the worst, bloodiest, trashiest, first person shooter, make cash for my immoral company, video games are not as bad as having your parents tell you it's ok to hate and kill Jews.
And as I pointed out - even if it were, it wouldn't make any difference.
Your response should not always try to defend killers. That makes you an accomplice in spirit - most certainly.
You want to incarnate as Jewish settler who gets shot and dragged around the streets of Palestine by a bunch of 15-25 year olds till they spit on you and finally kill you, so that you can learn the real evil of their actions?
I didn't think so.
Of course those video games are awful. Certainly they are made by folks who know the easiest way to make lots of money is to pander to the lowest common denominator. Drug dealers, prostitutes and their ilk discovered that out thousands of years ago.
In America you don't have to go far to find racism, hatred and violence being promoted and marketed for a buck.
However, two wrongs will never make a right or in any way make either action less wrong.
You know that already Bowser. You simply forgot, that's all.

PS
A five year old girl at Blockbuster frowns as she passes the titles and movie covers. "All these movies are so negative." she says loud enough to be heard throughout the store.
It shocked the clerks and customers - but I was darned proud of her. Sometimes a kid can see the Emperor is wearing no clothes - and hasn't been brainwashed yet to justify "escapism."
