My opinion of Bush just shot up a notch.
Instead of threatening corporations with lawsuits in wrongful death cases, why not make it possible to charge corporate leaders with manslaughter? After all, we've decided they need to be responsible for accounting practices and they should be more aware of the potential lethal aspect of their product than whether expenses show up as revenue.
Let's quit beating around the bush.(no pun)
It's time for a change, screw the lawyers that herd plaintiffs to the corporate trough and then feed upon the cows.
