Even on the web this cartoon took awhile to locate. Clearly the big hand with the letters ROOSEVELT meant nothing.

Lee may be right, that some illiterates thought this was a good likeness to the Ayatollah - but then I guess anybody with a white beard is going to be in the same boat.

Look!!! The Ayatollah is no longer a muslim fanatic and is really living in America - crawling down chimneys giving expensive gifts to American children!
