Sticking something in quotes doesn't automatically make it humorous. And she isn't kidding.
Disney, being part of the pantheon of those symbols of Middle America so loathed by the Left, makes an attractive target. Right up there with McDonalds, SUVs, and all the rest.
The one thing that is rarely done in these "sweatshop" protests is ask the people who are actually working in these factories exactly why they are working there. For most of them, it is a step up from the rotten subsistence lifestyle they were living before. The protesters bemoan kids working in the factories. Apparently, they assume that before they got to the factories these kids were going to school and playing video games, instead of spending dawn to dusk working their families' fields.
I'm not naive enough to think that exploitation isn't really going on in some overseas factories, with problems that do need to be addressed, but the sources are not unbiased either.
Like many such organizations, the National Labor Committee is largely funded by labor unions, and while I suppose you can make a case that it may be out of the goodness of the unions' hearts, the fact that these overseas factories they are trying to shut down are a major source of competition to the much-higher-paid American union workers cannot be entirely overlooked as a motive.
Of course the highly-selective antennae of the typical leftist, that would spring straight upwards at finding that a study on nutrition was paid for by fast food companies, will see nothing wrong with this conflict of interest.
