...would've found some way to "deal with it," had it threatenend his grip on the German people.
Perhaps the brightest of the Reich would've been enlisted to find a way to censor/monitor its usage...or maybe he would have simply had the German public cut off from all avenues of telecommunication with the rest of the world.
