Don’t forget that Saddam INVADED Kuwait. He went after Iran at one point and had his sights on Saudi Arabia.
If this was the 1940’s, and the UN existed, it would be like Hitler invading France. The US kicks him out of France, but lets him stay in power because the UN tells us not to go after Hitler. Then 12 years later the Nazis are in with terrorist that attack the US, and developing nukes. Should we leave him in power?
