Let me see if I can help you. It is only feasible for you to attack your evil neighbors IF they have something you want. Gold, diamonds, hell, maybe there is an oil well in their back yard.

To attack them simply to make your neighborhood safer doesn't make sense. They have relatives and friends, who may resent all the "collateral" killings and can get angry back. Your neighborhood won't be safer.

Besides, if they were going to attack you, they would have already. Only makes sense.

However, I suspect you may know your neighbor at one time had dangerous weapons BECAUSE YOU SUPPLIED THEM. There isn't any better 'intelligence' than that, right?

I can understand you are a well-fed, 280 pound guy, and your neighbor is ill-fed, and about 23 pounds. Even so, a lucky hit might bruise a finger, so you need to go in with grenades, and hopefully burn down the house first. DON'T get the oil well, though, or it will be a while before you can loot the guy.
