...their description of "Green" is what I mean by "Left Libertarian": Small economic units that can compete on a level playing field undistorted by 900-pound gorillas, maximum discretion to the individual ("victimless crimes"), decentralization and dispersal of power to communities, acceptance of responsibility for the commons ("environmental policies written into law").
