Thinking - - -

Now, Tom, in a post-war Iraq who would own the Iraqi oilfields, refineries and output?

If they belong to the Iraqi people now, would the ownership change?

If it's to be used to "rebuild" what the US destroys, would the country still own it?

Or would the US own them, and give or sell them to Halliburton?

Or would the US own some, Britain some more, Spain some more for war reparations? Reparations for a war the Iraqis didn't start and couldn't start?

Does that make sense?

Who will be the beneficiaries of this looting?

(Hint - NOT the Iraqis!)
