My Two Cents
If going unprovoked into a sovereign country with pre-emptive agression is "keeping us free", then let them have at it.
I'm proud of ALL of our soldiers, but I'm sure more than a few of them doubted what we were going to do in Iraq. Maybe they will wonder what we're still doing there two years from now.
Ten years from now.
THEY will be the story tellers when they come home.
THEY will be the ones who will speak out against future wars, if they come.
We should take care of them, and pay them well.
And keep them that way if we should EVER need them for the DEFENSE of our country.
