Enough

Look, some people feel that way, I have never accused anyone who opposed the war of being a traitor.

It is your Constitutional right to speak as you see fit. Within legal limits, which no one here has exceeded

I was no fan of having to go to war, and have said so on many occasions. But, in my opinion, for what it's worth there was no longer any alternative.

While I disagree with some opinions posted on this, or any forum, I cannot challenge anyone elses right to say what they believe. I can tell them I believe they are wrong, even question their intelligence on occasion. But I cannot stifle their voice. I haven't the right to do so.

The enormous diversity of America is one of the strongest parts of our society. Without the wide range of voices within, we would lose those freedoms that have benifitted us over the last two and one half centuries.
Emotions run high when the subject is expending our young people lives, or taking some other nations young peoples lives.

As it must, entering conflict should be a subject widely discussed. The costs of war are high, I know. But sometimes they must be endured.

Opposing the war is one thing, that is a political issue.
Honoring those who will go voluntarily into harms way to protect this country is another.
They follow orders, it is what they must do, they're soldiers.
If you have a problem with the orders, take it up with the commander in chief.

Not the grunts on the ground. They're the ones who do the crying and dying.
