why not Metric time?
10 metric hours in a day
100 metric minutes in a metric hour
100 metric seconds in a metric minute
10 days in a metric week (called a dekade)
Of all the changes, I think the toughest sell will be the metric week. Employers would certainly love switching to metric hours (so long as they got to pay everyone their current hourly wage).
