Her "hatred of America" comes from what she sees as a war without reason, like millions of people do around the world. She said "I detest American imperialism, American infantilism, and American triumphalism about victories it didn't even win."

Hating America means the administration that's leading it and it's values and motives.
Blowing up civilizations that have been in place since the beginning of time looking for terrorists just doesn't appeal to her (or me for that, either).

It was somewhat interesting to read her opinion and listen to YOU shouting at her "gasbrain".
