Earth Attacked by Saucers!





PHOENIX, Az., May 23, 2001 -- (UWP) Unfathomable and
terrifying news announced, as major saucer sightings in
Phoenix and the reported landing of the same are being
confirmed at this hour. The appearance of alien beings
destroying structures and attacking people, and nearly
hysterical masses fleeing from the Phoenix region into
the remote deserts, has been reported by various local
news sources including both local network television and
radio reports.

One, as yet unconfirmed, report states that at least
fifteen saucers have landed in the Phoenix region,
including the upscale North Scottsdale region where
Scottsdale Road has reportedly been blocked off and local
police and SWAT teams are engaged in automatic weapon
firefights with hostile aliens of hideous description and
powerful beam weaponry.

Fires burn out of control at this hour in downtown
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe area and west of Avondale.
Military escorts are being asked for by Governor Hull, to
accompany emergency units in response to the overwhelming
requests for aid. Switchboards in and out of the Phoenix
region are overloaded and a southwestern cellular
communications satellite has been rendered temporarily
inoperable.

One craft has apparently landed on the 101 freeway and
has blocked traffic in both north and south directions,
sending motorists scurrying for safety and fleeing from
the traffic and their cars.

One woman, identified as Ms. Laura Dohun, was interviewed
at the hastily erected SWAT blockade near Central Avenue
and freeway 101:

"I held a crucifix in my hand as I heard the reports
on the car radio. I prayed as I looked out of my window
and suddenly I could see the alien monsters' ship
blocking out freeway only several blocks ahead. I jumped
out of my car and I wanted to run as far away from them
as possible. I was not alone, as hundreds of us were
running down the freeway, from our cars and trying to get
to safety! I saw fleeing children nearly run over by
cars and one woman screaming hysterically, carrying a
baby. God save us all! How petty all things on earth
are, only God can save us now!"

Thousands of families are packing up their belongings and
trying to reach loved ones. WCZX received this from a
caller at 10:46 PM:

"I work for NASA, the National Aeronautics and Space
Agency, and just today, pictures of the Cydonia region
and the "face" were released earlier. I don't
know if these saucers are from mars, but I sure as hell
know the release and the implied non-existence of
martians may have something to do with this attack on
earth."

Speculation is abounding as to the motives of the aliens
and if we have the technolgy to stop their assault.

We have no word from President Bush at this late hour,
but we are expecting one before the hour is through.
This breaking statement just issued at 1AM EST by the
Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld in Washington, here
in its entirety:

"Citizens of the Nation: I shall try not to conceal
the gravity of the situation that confronts the country
and likely the world, nor the concern of your Government
and this administration in protecting the lives and
property of its people. However, I wish to impress upon
you - private citizens and public officials, all of you -
the urgent need of calm and resourceful action.

Fortunately, this formidable enemy is still contained to
a comparitively small area and we may place our faith in
our military to keep them there. In the meantime we must
place our faith in God, we must continue the performance
of our duties, each and every one of us and not succumb
to hysteria or panic.

We will face this adversary with the most powerful
military on the face of this earth, and with the
courageous men and women who are dedicated to the
preservation of human supremacy on this earth."

The Press in DC are going wild and as I write this story,
wild and unconfirmed rumors are surfacing about an attack
in St. Petersburg, Russia and saucer sightings in
Beijing, China and other global principalities. Whether
the Earth is under a full scale bombardment is unknown at
this hour.

Another eyewitness report from the Scottsdale region is
on the wire:

"I was horrified when I saw the aliens. They are ten
feet tall and gangly green things with horse-shaped
heads. They move so fast.. and the two I saw were not
slowed down at all by the SWAT gunfire. Oh, it is awful
(sobbing) God, what're we gonna do now. I never
believed these things could be real...and God, what about
my sister's kids. What I want to know is, where is the
military? Where's our Star Wars defense system! Where is
it! (screaming) Why the f... aren't they shooting these
creatures down!"

Interviewer: "What types of weapons were the aliens
using? And did they speak at all?

"They simply raised there arms and a beam like a
laser flashed out. It was too fast to see. A whole SWAT
truck was just exploded into a million pieces. I didn't
stick around to watch. The only thing are heard were
screams...lots of screaming - I was screaming too.
(breaks down sobbing)"

This story was done to illustrate the fear and anxiety the subject of aliens bring among us - still here in the 21st century.

We are terrified easily and we are horrified by aliens. After the 1938 broadcast of War of the Worlds, there had been suicides, attempted suicides, mass hysteria.

One mayor in a midwest city called up Orson Welles.

Choking with fury, he reported mobs in his city, women and children huddled in the churches, violence and looting rampant.

Real people - real emotions : FEAR.

This cued the government as to how to handle UFOS and Aliens - total BLANKET denial. If aliens were to land anywhere, it would be reported as a hoax and disavowed.

All UFO sightings are bogus.

There is safety in ignorance.

Mass suicides and hysteria is not a good thing.

Think of how YOU felt before knowing the above was a fake-news piece. (most here probably weren't fooled ;-)

Even the slightest bit of fear gripping your heart...

...welling up tears as you hear the fear and terror the aliens have caused in some woman...the baby being carried to safety, etc.

Mankind is not capable of handling extraterrestrials yet.

We are not even CLOSE.

Over one-third of the folks would greet them with hand guns and bazookas, one third would be running hysterically into the hills, north, south or wherever they could be 'safe' and the final third would be racing to ask for a homeworld tour.

Both the CON and PRO are imbalanced on the issue.

The government, in its judicious wisdom, withholds any pertinent or relevant data to the ET question - thereby saving lives. By muddling the issue and keeping it all vague and ridiculous...there is no chance of Oct. 31, 1938 repeating itself.
