Female crews
My wife used to work in a dental office as a dental assisstant. The office was all-female except for the dentist. The backbiting and backstabbing was horrendous.
This as opposed to the office I work in. All men except one Office Manager and one receptionist. There is no backstabbing crap going on. Everybody works pretty well with one another.
I am not saying this is always the case, but I'd be willing to bet that it is normal.
I would prefer to see couples go. Couples seem to be more stable as a result of their being able to confide in one another openly.
