Covert Belgian Mars Mission?
Hallo Raoul!
Thats shhhh! not chhhht! - you're using the european version in an English post! ;-)
While Zubrin was in the Netherlands - the Secretary of State was in Rumania the other day visiting military bases and has been touring Europe to promote NMD.
The tie-in: The Netherlands will have about as much influence on a future Mars Mission - as Rumania will have on the future NMD.
A mars balloon secret - you' don't intend to 'launch' it do you? ;-)
Best wishes,
