My sole purpose for posting to bbs's (any bbs) is to exchange ideas, propose ideas, work them through, and perhaps get feedback.

by all means, post where you are comfortable, if you want to post to the redplanet round table by all means, if it floats your boat go for it. Keep in mind that you are also welcome ot post here.

I have philosophically, if not academically, leapfrogged anyone else in my age-group because of this resource, and I am tired of the constant disrespect by people such as PhilW.

'PhilW is his own man' and his opinions are his own, just as the case with anyone else. I hope you don't hold his sentiment agaisnt others here. As for the disrespect, well, everyone else has to deal with it throughout life.

People interested in Cydonia, UFO's, etc, are probably artistically motivated for the most part. But no one here seems to recognize it.

nope, I think some are menatally handicapped.

I have been though university and taken every course a real engineer would have, and all it taught me was that real life is pointless. That training gave me the skills to repeatedly "engineer" myself out of a job, and to follow all my inventions, ideas & dreams to inevitable failure. Not because they are bad ideas, or theoretically impossible, just that the engineering is literally impossible due to actual available material resources. Thank god for artists who provide us with entertainment.
