and it needs serious money. I can not in good concious let it be treated in any different way -
Suppose we turned national defense over to, say, volunteer militias. This program is roughly equivalent, and makes as much sense.
Public relations bs is not a solution. I suspect that will become clear, and NASA will tell you so, shortly after the Brown Amendment making clear NASA's responsibilities in this area is passed by the House and Senate
