I wanted to respond to Dumb EP comment # 4 in a similar fashion, but didn't have the data readily available. I suspected the numbers might be in that ballpark, but felt I should just take a basic reality check hand waiving response in the absence of clear data. Hate to counter handwaiving with more of the same, but sometimes it seems appropriate.
