I noticed that, too

It appears the dust is blowing for several seconds after the motion has stopped. I'm not certain about Apollo 14 but I remember reading that on at least one moon landing, they were so wrapped up in the moment that they didn't shut down the engine immediately when the contact light came on. If I remember correctly from that great book that inspired "From the Earth to the Moon", this happened more than once.
