The pc world is going through some 'growing pains'. My husband has had several calls from people that need help upgrading their old computers... he helped them for a while, but has now reached the point of telling them that it's better to get a new one altogether than to upgrade an o'l '94 Packard Bell (for example). I've finally weened myself from NetsNav 4.7 :) and only use IE now.
