Yes, and last Monday's Patriot PAC III test was a semi-sucess. A Hera target missle was launched from Gallup NM aimed at White Sands. While the Patriot radar tracked the warhead, which was jamming, the missle failed to hit. I must mention that this was the first failure to hit a target in the PAC III program. The other launches hit their Hera targets, including a maneuvering target and one in the middle of decoys and launch vehicles. The idiots who claim that Patriot has never worked and does not work now are full of it.
