<Actually, I believe the "conflict" between Nick and I (more precisely, between Nick and the Blue Mars crowd) may be overhyped.

Hey Alex, I know, I was deliberately overhyping it in kind of a silly way. I've long assumed that the thinking would evolve over time toward a blended model that accommodates both CO2 and water, and that seems to be where you two are going through collaboration, not conflict.

You mentioned elsewhere the need to share draft documents with collaborators. Document sharing plus a discussion forum, and usually security to restrict access, forms the basic facility for a collaboration system, and that's where I'm ultimately headed. The BBS software is just the first piece of the puzzle. I'm using HabitableZone as a permanent beta test site for the BBS software, and as I get the collaboration pieces in place, I'd like to use you and Nick as guinea pigs the same way. Interested? Stay tuned...
