I don't have a reason nor am I qualified to disagree with much of what you said.
The planets of our sun and the moons around the gas giants seem likely to have coalesed (in the eddys). The possibility that Deimos and Phobos are ejecta instead of captured is acceptable based on my limited knowledge.
Regarding similarity of Venus and our moon, I have read very lightly on Venus and the explanations for the points that you raise are vaguely remembered. I believe your opinions on that subject would be controversial.
As to the moon resulting from a collision with a Mars sized body, What I have read on this subject proposes that the event happened at a time when Earth was still quite volatile. The impact was so great that both bodies were essentially decomposed and re-coalesed in the present forms. This would explain the moon's round shape.
The fact that Mercury, Venus and Mars do not have moons does not settle the matter but it does fit the small model.
Yes it would have been exciting to watch. :^o
