Yes, btw: read the book (own a copy, in paperback); followed the thread of logic, agreed in principle... and decided that the premise of the continuing mission relies far too heavily on the undemonstrated presence of subsurface water, especially of a geothermal nature.
And I haven't heard of any effort to design the launch vehicle, let alone build it, which ought to come first, I would think. Have I missed something?
