I wouldn't have posted this if it wasn't good. :) This month's issue of Kids Discover Magazine features our Moon.

There are excellent tidbits of information from the theories of the moon's birth, basic physics (mass, gravity...) folklore, Apollo and probable future plans. The centerfold (lol) is a HUGE photo taken by Clementine from the Moon's dark side showing it's crecent lit by a rising sun with a pretty good sized and sharp pink toned Venus and plenty of stars in the background (Hi, Raoul!).

We just received that October, 2001 issue and, unfortunately it's not featured on the website yet.

Overall, it's a great little magazine for kids.
