This area has a lot of possible ancient spider features. In particular check our paper there it mentions the Noachis pits. The photos it refers to are on the CD.
Interestingly the channels seem nearly all to exhibit fibonacci branching, which most spiders seem to do. This of course could occur from a power series and a certain angle of slope.
