The first step would be to use resistance of Titan's atmosphere to help to capture the spacecraft into a Saturn-orbit. Subsequent Titan passes could either continue to slow the speed (even to a Titan orbit?) or finally to do the capture.
Dunno how much energy you have to lose to orbit Saturn, and how much Titanian atmosphere you can plow through. Is it feasable?
