How about this:
A little drone aircraft (wingspan 8 inches) buzzing around doing surveillance. It spots Osama bin Ladin, swoops in and drops a toothpick-sized package and flies away without even being noticed. Or perhaps it was spotted but no one could hit the damn thing. And no one is able to find the payload it dropped, like a needle in a haystack it just disappeared in the tall grass. A few minutes later BOOM.
