These are just chains of sand dunes, along the beds of valleys and gullies on Mars.
You see similar chains also at the foot of slope of valley walls, and more widespread sand dunes of identical colour on flat crater floors and on flat plains.
No glass tubes, no exotic mechanisms, just wind and dust.
