I thought the same, Del. I was hoping that, perhaps, they were 'looking into' the best tested propulsion technology that would be best suited for let's say, PKE and Europa, but as it stands. That seems to be past tense now that the funding and even go ahead for the actual missions has stopped.
I looked up propulsions as a general category and came up with this compact source.
