Exactly right Larry, I'd much rather mothball Pluto and Europa for now and get this nuclear propulsion technology under way, we win in the long run with new technology and Im soooooo!! hapy about this. No more rowing across space, no more 8 months to Mars, how about 3 months and rovers that will last for years and not weeks or a month. Lets do it!
