This would be true as long as things were kept within the realm of universal physical possibilities. For example, I could say with some confidence that the universe does not contain a single proton the size of a bowling ball that weighs ten pounds, or a flat planet that sits on the back of four giant elephants that stand on top of an even larger turtle.
