Keith, do you consider that you were misled?
I don't see anything which would make you think you were misled or that anything that which you reported which was inaccurate. Both Mark and Chris seem to think "something" was wrong about you reporting the Lance Bass story:

Now, it does "seem" that MirCorp can't get the Soyuz's seat because apparently it's already been reserved. This may or may not the case. And perhaps, it indicates that Mircorp doesn't have the right connections (since it doesn't seem very wise to try to sell a seat that apparently already been booked).
Personally, I wouldn't bet for or against Lance Bass going in Nov or a later date (unless someone wants to give me some really, really good odds:).
