Wicked cool robot stuff
Rodney Brooks of MIT is also a principal in iRobot a commercial venture building simple bots using his research results. He has a new book out on this at Amazon.com. I'll buy it as soon as "ah kin pry open me wallet". I haven't seen Hans Morovic build any practical robots yet but this guy apparently has. I especially like the Swarm concept of a cluster of automomous small bots that communicate & leave trails (ants) that our DOD is funding with minesweeping in mind among other uses.
